In just eight weeks, Flow was challenged to redevelop Freemans’ ecommerce site to deliver conversion uplift, stem dropouts, and leverage the connection with Freemans’ famous printed catalogue.
Our elegant solution
Persuasive design: delivering inspiration and motivation was a founding design principle. Flow's insight-driven approach meant we could get a greater understanding of how to achieve this for Freemans' customers.
Iterative design and research cycles: this built confidence throughout the whole team, because they could see and influence the design's trajectory; from supporting Freemans in evolving and prioritising their requirements for the new site, to the delivery of polished, high fidelity user interface designs and templates.
Collaboration across teams: Flow worked with Freemans’ in-house design and ecommerce teams (we even set-up a Freemans studio in our office), meaning that we made the right decisions, and quickly. This reduced project costs and timescales.
