Our elegant solution
Starting out meant finding the most valuable opportunities for easyJet and, and from experience, we knew the best way to do that was through a mix of customer research and exploratory design.
Challenging customers can trigger great design. A light bulb moment came when we identified the customers who weren’t ready to buy from easyJet: the ones who were still unsure where or when they wanted to travel, or needed inspiring.
It was clear that there were great opportunities for the brand to engage with them earlier on, when they start thinking about a holiday.
easyJet 2.0 gives the customer a rich experience. It’s designed to inspire and help customers plan travel and costs through beautiful photos, videos and maps, and budget with well-designed charts too.
And to top it off, we designed a streamlined booking process that continued the great experience through to conversion.
